Editorial Team
The journal is managed by the Editor-in-Chief (Rector of the University), assisted by the Executive Editors and the Editorial Board.
The Editor-in-Chief determines the general directions of the journal's development and organizes the selection of the members of the editorial board from the academic and research staff of the university, as well as by inviting them from other national and international universities and foreign specialists.

The Executive Editors check compliance of submitted papers (with the requirements), summarize reviewers' evaluations, run submitted papers for similarity check, take care of other related issues.
